Very occasionally, if the technology fails or we make a genuine mistake, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events.
If your order is accepted, then you accept the obligation to pay the sum as made known to you at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery costs as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.
We will only accept credit or debit cards in the name of the customer. Please make sure that there is enough credit on your card to cover the cost of the order, including the delivery costs.
PLACING AN ORDER IS LEGALLY BINDING. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please also see "Cancellations and Returns", below.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer's involvement in a sale from this website if this person, in our reasonable opinion, acts against these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer whose participation has been cancelled or suspended by us without our prior given consent. You agree to and accept this.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Electron cards.
We use Erol Pay to provide a secure server for processing credit card transactions. If you would prefer to telephone your order, please call us on +44 (0)1202 641001 with your order and card details.
We also accept cheques made payable to STEAMCREAM Ltd, should you prefer to pay by bank transfer then please email enquiries@steamcream.co.uk.
Please note: delivery times apply to all orders placed before 2pm. For orders placed after 2pm, the following day will be considered the first working day.
Royal Mail first class delivery - UK:£1.95 Up to 5 Items, for 6 or more items there will be no postage charge
EU, USA, CANADA: £5.95 Up to 5 Items, for 6 or more items £3.95.
Rest of the World : Up to 6 items £15.0, up to 18 items £25.0. Over 18 items please please phone for prices.
No single order to exceed 100 items
Delivery costs will be added to your order. The final total will include VAT calculated on your products and the cost of delivery. If you are placing your order to be delivered to an address in the UK or any other member state of the European Union (EU), your final total will include VAT at 15.0%. For orders delivered outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from your total at the final phase of the checkout process.

You have the right to cancel your order before we despatch it (orders are normally despatched within one working day), please call us to let us know about the cancellation on +44 (0)1202 493760.
Should you need to return your order to us, it must reach us within 14 working days from the day after the day on which you received it. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice.
If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 14 working days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In case of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale we will pay for the postage costs.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Any agreement between you and us will be governed by and construed according to English law. Both you and we commit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof is declared or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been executed without the offending provision.
Any agreement will be communicated in English.
